the location is amazing - nestled in the mountains and just a short walk from the stunning Sand mountains. It's perfect for anyone looking to explore the beautiful natural surroundings. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. And finally, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with high-quality furniture and a large, comfy double bed. I even had the option to choose whether or not I wanted breakfast included, which I thought was a nice touch. great value for money and attention to detail.
Everything was perfect, couldn't ask for more!

We had an amazing time with our kids at the "Fantastic Kids Zone" in the hotel. It was a fun and safe place for them to play and make new friends. The staff was also really attentive and friendly towards the children, making them feel welcome and special. it was a great experience for our family!
My wife says that it would have been even better if there were more children's activities organized by the hotel.

Great location, beautiful views of the surrounding hills and excellent food. The rooms were comfortable and spacious with traditional designs and good amenities. The staff was quite helpful and offered excellent service.
Our stay was ruined by a noisy group of bikers who arrived on the first night and kept us up all night. This was not the hotel's fault, but it made for a very unpleasant experience.

The room at Family Hotel Dinchova Kushta was really cozy and comfortable. I loved the seating area where I could simply relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The flat-screen satellite TV added to the charm of the room, providing entertainment whenever I needed it. The parquet floors gave the room a warm and inviting feel. the room had a modern and luxurious touch that made my stay truly enjoyable.
Personally, I found the luxury furnishings in some rooms a bit excessive. However, I understand that others might appreciate this feature and find it to their liking.

It was also conveniently located near a hiking trail and an authentic village, allowing for exploration and immersion in the local culture.
The service wasn't up to par. the staff seemed apathetic and uninterested in providing a high level of service, making us feel unwelcome.
